Where do you ship your watches?
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international destinations.
What is the warranty on a Redwood watch?
Every Redwood watch comes with a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Most of our models are water-resistant up to 5 ATM (50 meters), making them suitable for daily wear and light swimming, but not for diving.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.
What materials are used in your watches?
We use premium materials including 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and genuine Italian leather straps.
How do I adjust my watch strap?
Leather straps feature standard buckle holes. For metal link bracelets, we include a complimentary sizing tool with your order to help you achieve the perfect fit at home.
