At Redwood Watches, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our timepieces and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. We want to ensure your new watch is a perfect fit for your lifestyle and collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original Redwood display box, ensuring all protective films and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
